Door spring broke unexpectedly overnight, called Precision on Sunday morning and they had a tech out by late morning and fixed the problem before lunch. Tim did a thorough job explaining repair options and made sure everything worked properly when the job was done. Will use again.

Called Precision Door when the garage door would not close. Andrew McClusky was the service tech. He inspected the garrage door for any mechanical problems. Finding none he concluded the sensor had burned out. 15 minutes later a new set of sensors were in place and problem resolved. Explained each step and what to be monitoring as the door lift motor ages. Great service.

Eric was awesome. I was extremely impressed with the entire process! Eric showed up, early I might add, looked at both of my broken doors. Gave me an estimate, we agreed on the very reasonable price. He ran to grab a couple of things from the warehouse that he needed, came back fixed both doors in a couple of hours. Great experience from start to finish!
