The torsion tube on our two-car garage door broke at 6:00 PM on Friday. I called Precision Garage Door at 11:25 AM on Saturday, and their technician was at our house at @12:45 PM. Matthew Taylor was awesome! He thoroughly explained all of the repair options, completed the work quickly, and calibrated the system to function optimally. I couldn't be happier with the service!

I want to say thanks to Richard C. from Precision Garage Door Of Delaware. He showed up on the earlier side of the two hour arrival window for the appointment. My garage door got hung up and damaged on the roof rack of my jeep after my son lowered it before completely exiting the garage. Richard was able to safely lower it so that we wouldnt have to spend another night with it open. However, the door was damaged beyond repair. He took his time explaining to me why the door needed to be replaced. Set me up with estimates for different choices and options for a new garage door. Emailed all necessary paperwork and estimates. Assured that all the sent emails were received before leaving. I would definitely recommend using their services.

Precision garage door service was exceptional. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they scheduled someone to come to my house the following day. Trevor Kalista showed up on time as scheduled and diagnosed the issue and then fixed the issue the same day. This type of service is hard to find nowadays and Trevor is definitely an asset to this company with the professionalism and service he provided.
