Bob Strauss was my technician. He thought he was coming to replace my whole garage door opener unit. But after discussing my needs for the unit with me he changed plans and worked with me on the plan I really needed. He was not pushing new products on me, he saw what I wanted and was willing to work with me. He was the epitome of Precision professional representation!

My experience with Precision Garage Door was good. I was notified when technician ( Andrew McClosky) would arrive. He was on time and completed work in a timely fashion. All work looks great. He was both professional and personable to deal with. Answers all my questions. I would recommend their services.

It was a pleasure meeting Richard, the Precision Garage Door Services of Delaware service man this morning. He called to let me know he finished his last service call and could come over early. Richard was polite, inspected all the components including the springs, rails and opener. He lubricated all parts and was able to reset the keypad and improve my remote's transmission. The service charge for all of this was very reasonable. I highly recommend Richard and Precision Garage Door Services.

When my garage door spring broke, I Called precision, garage door company. They sent a technician out the same day and fix the problem. The same day. Taylor was very nice to work with. I would absolutely call them again.

I made an appointment to have my garage door serviced late one afternoon. I was able to secure an appointment for the following morning at 10 AM. My technician, Eric, arrived on time. He could not have been more professional, or more courteous. He explained all of the work that needed to be done on my door in detail, and how long it would take to complete the job. He finished the work exactly within the timeframe he had stated, and thanked me for my business. I wish all contractors operated with this level of professionalism!

Excellent service by your technician. Knowledgeable and professional. Appreciated the call prior to arrival with an eta. Explained everything about the issue and its repair. He did recommend an additional repair not needed yet but would be necessary in a couple of years. I wish I had it done at the time. My fault entirely but I decided not to have it done at the time. What he was called for originally was a broken spring which he quickly pointed out and replaced with a new one obviously superior to the builder grade one we received with the home.

Very satisfied. Bob assed the problem, gave us options and installed a new motor. He was able to do it in a short amount of time and then added the new motor to my car control. He showed us how everything worked. It works so much better than before.
