Eric Bartow arrived on time, listened to my door issues then inspected the garage door opener system. He quickly found the problem ( over 20 year old system ) was just worn out. He gave a quote for a replacement opener and had it in his service truck. We gave him the go ahead to replace the opener. He worked very quickly and professionally. When completed he demonstrated how the new system worked. He cleaned up the work area when done. Very pleased with the work, quality and professionalism

A Very positive experience. I called on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday Morning. Bob the service technician was excellent. He replaced the garage door opener as well as the spring tensioner, and door wheels and realigned the track. Even took the time to program the opener in my car. I probably could have paid less, but don't think I would have received the quality product and level of service that I got from Bob and Precision Garage Door.

We are very satisfied with the replacement of our garage door opener. We reached out to Precision, heard back quickly and were able to schedule a service visit for the following day. Our service tech, Taylor Bartow, was punctual, personable, professional and meticulous. In a few short hours, we were back in business with a new WiFi capable LiftMaster with camera, new wiring, heavy duty door connection, motion detector, indoor and outdoor keypads and vehicle remotes. An all around five star experience.

Great Service. The new garage door install was a snap. They removed the old door and associated hardware. Replaced it with the new door and all new hardware. First time experience at this place.Process of getting appointment on the same day was fantastic. Technician Trevor Kalista arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem and gave options in repairing door. Trevor was very open to questions that we had and explained each step of making the repairs and the process and setup of the control box and other hardware associated with the installation. Would HIGHLY recommend Trevor for any installation that's needed

Technician Richard Armbruster was great. He quickly understood the issue with my garage door, proposed a solution and then quickly finished the job. He also looked at the other portions of the garage door and opening system for both garage doors to make sure there were no issues.
