Had a pulley and spring on one garage door fail late last night and called the company that installed it and their next appointment was in 6 days. Called Precision Garage Door Service who advertise same day service and they arrive 3 hours later. Tim Strauss examined the door and gave 3 estimates (simple fix, overhaul fix or replacement of door), and although 30 years old the doors still have several years left in them. Opted for an overhaul fix and in an hour was all done. He explained all he did and seemed quite competent. I'm very pleased with their service and prompt response.

We just had our garage door motor finally give out. We called Precision Garage Door of Delaware on a Saturday morning and they were able to send us a technician by 3pm that same day. Our service rep, named Trevor was absolutely tremendous regarding his professionalism and his technical skills to fix our door. His advice and explanation of the entire process was top notch. We would never hesitate to use them again

Called the office around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and was able to setup an appointment for Sunday at 1:00. Taylor came and he was very nice and knew his stuff. Gave us three options for fixing our garage door. No pressure to up sell from Taylor at all. Taylor fixed our problem and we were back in business in less than two hours. Taylor was very nice and personable. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs garage door help.

Trevor called me to tell me he was coming. He arrived on time. He looked at my door that needed the belt replaced and two doors needed the bottom seal replaced. He gave me three options and quotes. He completed the work in a short period of time. He was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend him as well as his company.

Tim Strauss called me and told the exact time he would be at my house to repair my garage door. He arrived on time and we reviewed the problem. He gave me 2 options. Excellent experience in every way. Taylor Bartow was personable, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, helpful, informative and talented. He assessed the problems with the garage door, thoroughly explained various options & costs to address the issues involved, replaced a 21-year-old garage door system that had failed with a new rail, new springs, new sensors & wiring, new motor, new keypad, replaced the weather stripping, and took the time to demonstrate how to program the master control, the remotes, etc. and use the system even programing the car's HomeLink opener into the system, I was extremely impressed with his approach and abilities. thoroughly explained various options & costs to address the issues involved. He is truly a class act, an excellent representative of Precision Door. I highly recommend both Taylor and Precision Door for any garage related issue.
