First time experience at this place.Process of getting appointment on the same day was fantastic. Technician Trevor Kalista arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem and gave options in repairing door. Trevor was very open to questions that we had and explained each step of making the repairs and the process and setup of the control box and other hardware associated with the installation. Would HIGHLY recommend Trevor for any installation that's needed

Precision responded within 2 hours on a Friday evening after the spring on my garage door snapped. The completely repaired the door within an hour and a half. The following Saturday afternoon, there was another problem which prevented the door from closing. They responded within 30 minutes and had the door fixed quickly. Nice to see there are still companies that value customer service. Highly recommend!

Ron was here in Jan3rd to install a new garage door. He called before hand to give me his time of arrival, showed up on time and was very pleasant. He kept me informed and answered all my questions. He also helped me program both of my cars to synch with the door opener and helped synch the outside panel. He did a great job and if you get home as your installer you'll be very pleased

Woke up to a garage door problem. Tried some quick fixes. No luck. Wound up calling Precision and Ron Hunt was here in 75 minutes on a Saturday. No extra fee for the weekend. He assessed the situation. We talked options and pricing. He got to work and had the repair completed in an hour (springs, cables, drum bearings). Well use Precision again without hesitation.
