We called Precision Garage to replace our existing opener. They supplied, installed, and adjusted it to our personal requirements. Due to the installer ( Eric Bartow ) who had a personal and professional manner, it made the experience an exceptional one! I would happily recommend this firm. Sincerely, Richard and Andrea Sommers Lewes, DE.

We purchased our Precision Garage Door in October 2019 and have never had a problem. All of a sudden, we could open it but it would stop 1/3 of the way down when closing. Trevor and Vito came by this afternoon, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, and fixed it with a full explanation. The light that tracks objects that could block the door from closing was slightly out of alignment, and the green light was off. Now we know how to rectify this should it ever happen again. Both service reps were professional, engaging, and informative. Great job! Tom and Barbara Neale Sea Colony 33823 Pine Cone Lane Unit 56197 Bethany Beach, DE 19930

Trevor did an outstanding job! First he communicated with me before he arrived which made me very comfortable knowing who was coming. Second, he fully explained everything that he was going to assess the situation in order to give me options for estimates. After discussing all the options, I explained I would love to have one of them done but was unable to afford all the features offered. After discussing it, we decided I would eliminate some of the items and finally came to an agreement that would work. After that, my garage door opener was installed in an hour and I love it! Trevor was so personable and knowledgeable. He definitely is an asset to this company.

Richard Armbruster was courteous, personable and respectful. I feel he treated me well. I heard of your company via TV advertising in which Richard played a part. I hope he got a bonus for that! :) The garage door motor and other parts were replaced and done in a short period of time. Richard explained how to work the new technology and even made sure our cars were set up properly. At this point, I am very pleased.

Trevor installed our door in the fall. In December one of our remot s stopped working. Trevor came and reprogrammed it. Then a few days ago they both stopped working. Trevor returned this am and reprogrammed one and gave us a new one, too. Trevor is polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having him solve our problem, again. Appreciated the prompt service.

I created an issue w my garage door “openers”. Nothing was working, the remotes, keypads, car remote and wall mount YouTube could not save me. Other garage door help sites did not provide a clear path to address the issues. I called Precision. 2 Techs, Eric and Ben arrived the next morning. They fixed the issue (s) in 10 minutes. Both were professional and extremely helpful!

Technician Richard Armbruster came out, assessed our "original" garage door and mechanicals, provided options and thoroughly explained what each option would entail/cost. Our garage door was groaning and squealing so loud that you could hear it to the end of our neighborhood street! Richard had all equipment on the vehicle and replaced what we agreed to replace in less than 2 hours. Now our new equipment is as quiet as a whisper, works perfectly and is under a multi-year warranty. Highly recommend Richard and Precision Garage Door company if you have concerns about the functioning/safety of your garage door.
