Precision Garage Door of Delaware is exceptional. After being stood up by two other companies it was an instant pleasure to have a company with good honest communication, feedback and follow up. We received reminders prior to the appointment, follow up calls to insure the service information was correct, and texts the day of with arrival time and photo and information on our repair person. Trevor was on time, friendly, professional and informative. He examined the situation and explained everything with the issues and possible solutions. He repaired and upgraded the system and made it work better than it had ever worked before. It was very apparent that previous repair had obviously cut corners after the improvements and repairs by Trevor. We highly recommend Precision and Trevor. Every contact was top notch professional. Im sure youll get quality service from any of their staff.

We used Precision Garage Door for the first time today. We used another company who did not treat us fairly and did not repair the garage door. Our technician, Trevor, was honest, explained all options and completed the new garage door opener installation completely and took his time to make sure everything worked. He is truly a great technician and I highly recommend this company.

Eric and Trevor came to my home to service my garage door opener. After discussing situation, I decided it best to replace the whole system. They did a great job installing my new liftmaster. Eric finished up with all the instructions and new features I needed to know about. I was very impressed with both Eric and Trevors professionalism, courtesy and skills in performing their job.
