Last night my garage door suddenly broke. It went off the track, the track bent, and I couldnt close the door all the way. First thing today I called Precision and they literally had someone at my house in less than 3 hours to assess the situation. The tech, Bob Strauss, was very professional and knowledgeable. He let us know that he could try to do short term fix and would do his best to make it work, but ultimately our garage door is 18 years old and should really be replaced. Thats what were going to do, but in the meantime Bob was able to get the door closed completely for security purposes. I look forward to working with Precision on my new garage door!

Trevor Kalista was a technician he sent us an email that said he was on his way. About 30 minutes out. We also received a phone call confirming the same. Trevor showed up at the expected time. He was very polite. When he was completed, he demonstrated all the installed parts of the door opener. He cleaned up the job site before he left. I would give Trevor an AAA+ and highly recommend precision Garage Door of Delaware. O by the way the young lady that answered our call was also polite and helpful. George Beck

Excellent service i originally called Delaware garage door who has worked and replaced my door opener they said they couldn't be out to May 13 are you kidding me. I called Percission Door and they came to my house within 1hour..Eric is a great technician and knows his job well.He fixed my problem plus inspected the door ant pointed out to me about some wore parts.he didn't pressure me about replaced some things but beings they came out when I called i gave them some extra work to do for me.Thank you very much I will recommend precision door anyday..you only get what you pay for.Great work.***** Five star

I had a great experience with Precision Door! My garage door springs suddenly broke, and they were able to come out the same dayhuge relief. The service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Taylor, the technician, was excellentvery knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything clearly. He had the springs replaced quickly and had my garage door working like new in no time. We called Precision to come out and take a look at our garage door. We were able to get same day service, which was much appreciated. Matthew Taylor arrived on time after texting us well in advance to let us know when he would arrive, including a picture for ID. He also called when he was a few minutes away. He went over our system with us, fixed the problem and was extremely honest and pleasant to work with. I thought the price was reasonable and was overall happy with the entire experience. Matthew gave me a business card and I will definitely call again.
