Called and got a same day appointment with a window of 2:00-4:00. After calling to let me know he'd be about 30 minute late, the technician didn't show up around 6:00 PM. The repair was more extensive than expected and he gave me a few estimates that were significantly overpriced and presented in a confusing way. Ultimately I went with another company that did a great job and was about 1/3 the price. Update: received a call from Precision after the review and they took the feedback and seemed genuinely interested in making things right. It's possible I just got the wrong tech on the wrong day.

I called after regular business hours - when I remembered I needed to reschedule my appointment for the next day. It was no problem, and was able to get it rescheduled, same day later time. When they arrived it was so easy, quick and installed without any issues. Worth the price it cost!!

The technician, Richard Armbruster arrived early to attend to my garage door opener problem. Fortunately, it was only a dead battery but I had no idea. He installed a new battery and I immediately had access to the garage from the outside again.
