Precision garage door service was exceptional. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they scheduled someone to come to my house the following day. Trevor Kalista showed up on time as scheduled and diagnosed the issue and then fixed the issue the same day. This type of service is hard to find nowadays and Trevor is definitely an asset to this company with the professionalism and service he provided. I will certainly use your company with any future garage door needs and will recommend you to anyone I know. Thank you so much!! Also thank you for the first responder discount! I appreciate Trevor offering that just from a conversation we had.

Technician great job. Five minutes after he got there, everything was set and working again. but the pricing was ridiculous. Very expensive. All he did was reset everything and charge me an arm in a leg. Charged me $82 for one remote. The remote is sold on Amazon for $15 for two. a rip off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Precision was great to work with. Jorge was helpful from the sales side to ensure we were getting all we wanted / needed for our new garage doors accessories. Ryan was fantastic for the install. He took the time to walk us through the setup of the new doors, all the features, as well as maintenance. He also cleaned up any mess from the install understanding this should be expected, it isnt always done with contractors or installers. Precision, Jorge and Ryan were excellent to work with would highly recommend.

Technician Richard Armbruster was great. He quickly understood the issue with my garage door, proposed a solution and then quickly finished the job. He also looked at the other portions of the garage door and opening system for both garage doors to make sure there were no issues. Eric Bartow arrived on time, listened to my door issues then inspected the garage door opener system. He quickly found the problem ( over 20 year old system ) was just worn out. He gave a quote for a replacement opener and had it in his service truck. We gave him the go ahead to replace the opener. He worked very quickly and professionally. When completed he demonstrated how the new system worked. He cleaned up the work area when done. Very pleased with the work, quality and professionalism

A Very positive experience. I called on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday Morning. Bob the service technician was excellent. He replaced the garage door opener as well as the spring tensioner, and door wheels and realigned the track. Even took the time to program the opener in my car. I probably could have paid less, but don't think I would have received the quality product and level of service that I got from Bob and Precision Garage Door.
