We have family in town today and the remote keypad for the garage door opener failed. Jorge Creech came out in less than 3 hours in the rain and replaced the old keypad that would not re-program. Thank you Jorge and Precision Garage Door of Delaware (Newark) !!!

Trevor Kalista was a technician he sent us an email that said he was on his way. About 30 minutes out. We also received a phone call confirming the same. Trevor showed up at the expected time. He was very polite. When he was completed, he demonstrated all the installed parts of the door opener. He cleaned up the job site before he left. Precision garage door service was exceptional. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they scheduled someone to come to my house the following day. Trevor Kalista showed up on time as scheduled and diagnosed the issue and then fixed the issue the same day. This type of service is hard to find nowadays and Trevor is definitely an asset to this company with the professionalism and service he provided. Eric Bartow arrived on time, listened to my door issues then inspected the garage door opener system. He quickly found the problem ( over 20 year old system ) was just worn out. He gave a quote for a replacement opener and had it in his service truck. We gave him the go ahead to replace the opener. He worked very quickly and professionally. When completed he demonstrated how the new system worked. He cleaned up the work area when done. Very pleased with the work, quality and professionalism
