Excellent service from the initial phone call to the completion of all work. The technician, Richard was knowledgeable, courteous, and completed all work with aplomb. He diagnosed the problems with my garage door within minutes and provided three levels of options for repairs along with guarantees for the completed work. The workmanship was excellent.

I called Precision Garage Door and spoke to Mackensie. She very nice and was able to get me a same day service appointment. The technician (Trevor) came out within an hour and had everything back to normal in about 20 minutes. Trevor was very friendly and very professional. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door of Delaware again in the future.

Had a massive automatic garage door failure! The door wouldn't close. It was crooked and had bent the guide rails and all of the mounting brackets. Called Precision Garage Door of Delaware and they sent Trevor over within 1 hour. He had everything up and running within about 2 hours. Excellent service! Excellent job!
