I made an appointment to have my garage door serviced late one afternoon. I was able to secure an appointment for the following morning at 10 AM. My technician, Eric, arrived on time. He could not have been more professional, or more courteous. He explained all of the work that needed to be done on my door in detail, and how long it would take to complete the job. He finished the work exactly within the timeframe he had stated, and thanked me for my business. I wish all contractors operated with this level of professionalism!

Excellent service by your technician. Knowledgeable and professional. Appreciated the call prior to arrival with an eta. Explained everything about the issue and its repair. He did recommend an additional repair not needed yet but would be necessary in a couple of years. I wish I had it done at the time. My fault entirely but I decided not to have it done at the time. What he was called for originally was a broken spring which he quickly pointed out and replaced with a new one obviously superior to the builder grade one we received with the home.

Our initial phone call was received at the office by Christine, who was fantastic. We woke up to a broken garage door spring and could not lift the door manually. She understood the problem and and addressed it with amazing professionalism and regard for our problem and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Then Eric, our tech, showed up on time and took time to look the door over for other concerns, and relayed those to us. In the end we had our spring replaced and will use Precision in the future to replace an aging door.
