Trevor Kalista was a technician he sent us an email that said he was on his way. About 30 minutes out. We also received a phone call confirming the same. Trevor showed up at the expected time. He was very polite. When he was completed, he demonstrated all the installed parts of the door opener. He cleaned up the job site before he left. Eric Bartow arrived on time, listened to my door issues then inspected the garage door opener system. He quickly found the problem ( over 20 year old system ) was just worn out. He gave a quote for a replacement opener and had it in his service truck. We gave him the go ahead to replace the opener. He worked very quickly and professionally.
