Eric Bartow arrived on time, listened to my door issues then inspected the garage door opener system. He quickly found the problem ( over 20 year old system ) was just worn out. He gave a quote for a replacement opener and had it in his service truck. We gave him the go ahead to replace the opener. He worked very quickly and professionally.
