Very Pleased with the door repair. The Scheduling individual was very atriculate, polite and professional. The communication thru out the process was appreciated. Tom Strauss was very well versed in problem solving, polite, and completed the repairs in a very timely manner. He cleaned up the work area and left the work are better then when he arrived. In a range of 1 to 5, I would award 10 Excellent. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs Overhead Garage Service They are the best..

Precision Garage Door has excellent response and service. They were at my place within an hour. Tim Strauss the Technician was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. After a thorough inspection, he explained all repair options and prices. He completed the replacement & repairs in an hour. Tim was an expert technician. Had an almost new garage door in an hour, at reasonable price and 5 years warranty parts & labor. They were professional and customer oriented.

I called Precision Garage Door for an emergency fix on a Sunday afternoon, they were at my house within an hour to address the issues. The repairman Trevor was amazing. He went over all my options and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly, and I did not feel an ounce of sales pressure. Fully recommend

Precision responded within 2 hours on a Friday evening after the spring on my garage door snapped. The completely repaired the door within an hour and a half. The following Saturday afternoon, there was another problem which prevented the door from closing. They responded within 30 minutes and had the door fixed quickly. Nice to see there are still companies that value customer service. Highly recommend!

Jorge appeared a half hour after I called, and fixed our door in an hour. I couldn't be happier with Precision. I wish I had not signed a contract with another contractor last week. It will take 4-6 weeks to receive the new door from the manufacturer, and 2 more weeks to find time in their schedule to replace it.

Tim arrived as expected, I explained visit was for a periodic inspection. Had two concerns outside keypad not working and bottom weather stripping broken. Replaced keypad and reset code. He didnt have rubber stripping, told where to find on internet. Lubricated all moving parts. Suggested not to use Duracell batteries in keypad and dont use standard LED bulbs in controller. Overall very thorough at my house. Took a look at neighbors garage door for a possible install of opener. Went above and beyond with service.

Had a pulley and spring on one garage door fail late last night and called the company that installed it and their next appointment was in 6 days. Called Precision Garage Door Service who advertise same day service and they arrive 3 hours later. Tim Strauss examined the door and gave 3 estimates (simple fix, overhaul fix or replacement of door), and although 30 years old the doors still have several years left in them. Opted for an overhaul fix and in an hour was all done. He explained all he did and seemed quite competent. I'm very pleased with their service and prompt response.

Tim was awesome at diagnosing the problem. Something electronic with my 21 year old motor and door wouldnt open. Replaced motor, remotes, key pad and wall switch in 1.5 hours. He was on time, very thorough, polite and professional. Communication thru phone, text, email was superior. Would call again without any reservations!
