A few days ago, we had a garage door emergency-it would not close. We called Precision based on excellent reviews. Our technician, Fito Louis, was here within 90 minutes. He was very professional, extremely helpful explaining our choices in products and services, and installed our new garage door opener. Prior to leaving, Fito also ensured that we were able to use the wi-fi to our full advantage through the app. We highly recommend Precision and their technician Fito Louis.

I had used Garage Door Openers of Delaware five years ago for the same problem of my second door opener going completely dead. If you know what a pain in the neck it is to have to manually open and close the door every time, you want service fast, if not sooner. I called and talked to a real person, who was more than super nice and said they could come this same day between 2 and 6 pm. I made the appointment. Fito Louise called me two hours earlier than the scheduled time and said he could come right over. He arrived, like they said , in the marked company truck, in a company uniform and wasted no time in installing the garage door opener in less than an hour total. Fito even programmed two vehicle's remote door openers plus set all the passwords. Needless to say, I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Delaware and. most definitely recommend the technician Fito Louise.

Excellent service from Fito! He took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with the garage door and provided several options to repair the minor damage. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding. I will definitely do business with you again in the future. Highly recommended!

A year ago I had a broken spring on my garage door. The tech from Precision Door came and expertly fixed and repaired / replaced parts after fully explaining all options available. I had to replace the door opener (a Chamberlain) 2 days ago and ran into a couple of problems with the new unit. Note I am a retired engineer and have installed / replaced several door openers during my 72 years. This new opener gave me a couple of fits adjusting the up and down limits and erroring out. I finally called Precision Door to look at it and see what I did wrong. The tech - Fito, came and inspected the previous door repairs and the new replacement opener. I felt like a fool when he ran it and it worked without a problem. We discussed what might have been wrong and why it started working fine. Since the door had been refurbished by Precision I was not charged even for a service call. I appreciate a company that stands behind their work and would gladly recommend them. P.S. Fito left with a couple bottles of cold water and fresh baked cookies.
