Precision Garage Door installed two new garage doors with openers in Sept 2024. We had a great experience working with them in selecting them and then having them installed. As my wife and I started noticing a noise when one of the doors would open and close, I reached out to the local servicing Precision Garage Door company. Within 2 hours a tech arrived, assessed the situation, made the necessary adjustment and the issue was resolved. We appreciated the very quick, responsive, professional and personable service by Richard Armbruster.

We called Precision on Monday and explained the issue. They scheduled us immediately for Tuesday between 8 am and 10 am. Our technician came on Tuesday morning at 8 am to find out why the garage door wouldnt respond and what the problem is. Richie was our specialist. He was outstanding. He explained everything and what the cost was to do the work. We had to get a new motor because the one installed by our builder was garbage. Richie was patient, took care of everything and made sure we could use our smart devices. He installed everything and the installation was neat and clean, and he was great.
