Precision Garage Door saved us yesterday. Our garage door spring broke and we were due to go out of town soon, so I needed it fixed fast! Richard arrived within 2 hours of calling them, provided options, communicated clearly and had the repair done in under an hour. Richard even identified and remedied a problem with our second garage door while there. I will absolutely use them again!

Technician Richard Armbruster was great. He quickly understood the issue with my garage door, proposed a solution and then quickly finished the job. He also looked at the other portions of the garage door and opening system for both garage doors to make sure there were no issues. First time experience at this place.Process of getting appointment on the same day was fantastic. Technician Trevor Kalista arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem and gave options in repairing door. Trevor was very open to questions that we had and explained each step of making the repairs and the process and setup of the control box and other hardware associated with the installation. Would HIGHLY recommend Trevor for any installation that's needed

Richie called us to let us know he was just arriving at the appointment before ours and could possibly be early to our 12:00-2:00 window and would it be ok if he was early. We said absolutely and Richie called us when he finished his appointment to let us know he was 10 minutes out. When he arrived he asked us what the issue was and then went to check. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed and resolved a bad wire in one of our sensors. Great experience all around.

Richard was terrific. I received a text with his name a picture and approximate arrival time. I also received a phone call from him to verify my order and to tell me how far away he was. He was extremely professional courteous and knowledgeable.
