My garage door is 20 years old and it did not surprise me that the opener ceased to function properly. I called Precision and they sent a technician Trevor Kalista out within hours. Trevor explained to me that the gears were stripped and unable to grab the door. He would have to replace the motor, the chain pulley system, and moving gears. He originally thought it would be a 3-hour job but the challenges with this old door required 5 hours to repair. Trevor gave me the highest of service!

Richard was on time and he did call 1 hr ahead. He listen, asked questions and then inspected our garage parts. After that he asked more questions. When he was satisfied with what he saw and heard he put together 3 different solutions. Explained each and why that was a solution. I chose what I wanted Richard to do. He went about his business quietly, efficiently, and professionally. Job was done. Area was clean.
