When the original technician was delayed, another was assigned. Taylor Bartow arrived within the original time period and promptly assessed the failure. He reviewed possible repair approaches and proceeded with the selected repair. After completing the repair, he answered my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs. Excellent work with a focus on customer satisfaction.
