I had a great experience with Precision Door! My garage door springs suddenly broke, and they were able to come out the same dayhuge relief. The service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We are very satisfied with the replacement of our garage door opener. We reached out to Precision, heard back quickly and were able to schedule a service visit for the following day. Our service tech, Taylor Bartow, was punctual, personable, professional and meticulous. In a few short hours, we were back in business with a new WiFi capable LiftMaster with camera, new wiring, heavy duty door connection, motion detector, indoor and outdoor keypads and vehicle remotes. An all around five star experience.

Called the office around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and was able to setup an appointment for Sunday at 1:00. Taylor came and he was very nice and knew his stuff. Gave us three options for fixing our garage door. No pressure to up sell from Taylor at all. Taylor fixed our problem and we were back in business in less than two hours. Taylor was very nice and personable. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs garage door help.
