My technician was Taylor. He called and provided the time that he would arrive. He was prompt, professional, courteous and polite. Even though I was only having the rubber on the bottom of my garage door replaced, Taylor performed a complete inspection of the entire door and gave sound recommendations. We are very satisfied with the replacement of our garage door opener. We reached out to Precision, heard back quickly and were able to schedule a service visit for the following day. Our service tech, Taylor Bartow, was punctual, personable, professional and meticulous. In a few short hours, we were back in business with a new WiFi capable LiftMaster with camera, new wiring, heavy duty door connection, motion detector, indoor and outdoor keypads and vehicle remotes. An all around five star experience.
