Wonderful company!!! I have had to use this company several times now. But I was thrilled with Taylor and Rob the one time I called them and Matthew on another occasion. Very thorough! Rey helpful! They fixed the wires, tracks, and rollers on my garage door. Matthew explained everything to me about where to use the garage lubricant and what type of grease to get for the track. Great people!. Plus they have after hours emergency service (yes, you have to pay extra for that but thats why its an emergency). I cannot say enough good things about this company and their technicians!

They once told me if I ever had any problems to give them a call. Bob showed up right on time, managed to not only fix the motor after a recent power surge, but showed me a few things in terms of basic maintenance. Wasnt overly salesy which I appreciated, but did walk me through a few upgrades to our older system that we may want to consider down the road. Will definitely be going with precision garage door for those upgrades.
