Within an hour of my initial call to Precision Door, a technician was at my house. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and explained the different options that were available. We are very pleased with our new garage door opener. Taylor also helped us sync both of our vehicles with the new opener! We have always used Precision Door for all of our garage door needs and have recommended them to our neighbors.

For quoting $10,700 for 2 doors and openers for a residential property, you would think they would text, email or call you back at least but you are in no danger of that. Total waste of time and misleading email.. Went with a company located in elkton for a very reasonable price and actually answers the phone.

Garage door was off the track. They got the door closed for us. The new door was ordered and installed today. The installer was extremely efficient. The old door was removed, new bracing was put in place and the new door installed and hooked up to the opener all in about 6 hours. Thank you

The torsion tube on our two-car garage door broke at 6:00 PM on Friday. I called Precision Garage Door at 11:25 AM on Saturday, and their technician was at our house at @12:45 PM. Matthew Taylor was awesome! He thoroughly explained all of the repair options, completed the work quickly, and calibrated the system to function optimally. I couldn't be happier with the service!
