Precion Door came out about two hours later and assessed the problem. They returned this morning as promised and installed the new part quickly and efficiently. No charge! Matthew Taylor of Precision Garage Door of Delaware fixed our broken garage door by replacing the torsion spring that had broken. He also recommended replacing the other parts of the 20+ year old garage door. After he completed replacing all the parts, he also made sure the door was balanced and made adjustments to the garage door opener so that it practically made no noise as it opened or closed! It felt like getting a brand new garage door! Jorge Creech of Precision Garage Door of Delaware came to the house to adjust the door so that there was no gap at the top of the door. This only took him about 15-20 minutes and was at no charge. Thanks to Jorge for coming to my house less than 2 hours after I called and for the quick adjustment!
