Wonderful company!!! I have had to use this company several times now. But I was thrilled with Taylor and Rob the one time I called them and Matthew on another occasion. Very thorough! Rey helpful! They fixed the wires, tracks, and rollers on my garage door. Matthew explained everything to me about where to use the garage lubricant and what type of grease to get for the track. Great people!. Plus they have after hours emergency service (yes, you have to pay extra for that but thats why its an emergency). I cannot say enough good things about this company and their technicians!

We called Precision to come out and take a look at our garage door. We were able to get same day service, which was much appreciated. Matthew Taylor arrived on time after texting us well in advance to let us know when he would arrive, including a picture for ID. He also called when he was a few minutes away. He went over our system with us, fixed the problem and was extremely honest and pleasant to work with. I thought the price was reasonable and was overall happy with the entire experience. Precision was great to work with. Jorge was helpful from the sales side to ensure we were getting all we wanted / needed for our new garage doors accessories. Ryan was fantastic for the install. He took the time to walk us through the setup of the new doors, all the features, as well as maintenance. He also cleaned up any mess from the install understanding this should be expected, it isnt always done with contractors or installers. Precision, Jorge and Ryan were excellent to work with would highly recommend.
