Quickly and accurately problem solved and fixed the issue causing our garage door to trigger safety Which prevented it from closing. They're our only garage door people. Rich was running a little bit late and made sure to inform me of the delay. He was graded. His job showed me where the problems were. Did not try to upsell me anything. My door is so quiet now you can't even hear it going up and down. Rich was great and your company was great. Thank you.

Josh Bourdon did an excellent job installing my new door. It looks great and is very smooth and quiet. He is knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware to my friends. The floor was not level and once the door was fully installed you could see day light on one side. Josh diagnosed the issue and ordered me a larger bottom seal that he installed today. There is no longer light coming from under the door. Thanks Josh!
