It was a pleasure meeting Richard, the Precision Garage Door Services of Delaware service man this morning. He called to let me know he finished his last service call and could come over early. Richard was polite, inspected all the components including the springs, rails and opener. He lubricated all parts and was able to reset the keypad and improve my remote's transmission. The service charge for all of this was very reasonable. I highly recommend Richard and Precision Garage Door Services.

Same day service on a Saturday, for starters! The repair person Jorge called to let me know he was on his way and his ETA. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and completed the repair efficiently. He gave me recommendations and quotes for work that will be needed in the not-too-distant future.
