Bob Strauss was my technician. He thought he was coming to replace my whole garage door opener unit. Very satisfied. Bob assed the problem, gave us options and installed a new motor. He was able to do it in a short amount of time and then added the new motor to my car control. He showed us how everything worked. It works so much better than before.

Techican very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions. Am glad now to have garage door keypad for safety. Also technician programmed my car so can now open/close garage from botton in car and not use a garage door opener that never wanted to stay put!!

The door had begun making an alarming noise and Bob quickly determined the cause was related to the belt that is drivin by my Chamberlain garage door opener. He resolved the problem pretty quickly. After backing my car out of our garage with the door half down and looking at the damage, we called Precision Door Repair. They got back to us in minutes, and the next day, a technician arrived, ready to repair the damage. We were expecting that we would have to replace the door.
