Extremely pleasant and hard working. Came out in the snow storm that we had a couple of weeks ago and got my garage door that came off of the tracks unstuck and able to close. Then, Matthew came back out to replace various parts for a long-term fix.

My technician, Eric Bartow, was very personable, polite and friendly. I had a lot of questions that Eric addressed to my satisfaction. It happened I needed a new garage door opener and I learned the old one had a manufacturer's date of 1999. Eric installed a new one, explained advances that have improved the new one, detailed the features and offered me a senior discount. The job was completed in the time frame Eric promised. I'm happy with the wonderful job and the warm and respectful manner of this technician. I am really satisfied that I called the very best company for help and solutions.

The installer of my garage door, Andrew McCluskey, was wonderful. The door was not installed the first time he came due to a missing part which is not his fault; however, because I needed the garage door done, he accommodated the day that was convenient for me and came back to install it himself. He also offered me the option of clearing part of my garage so I will not do it myself.

Dylan Younger and his partner installed two new garage doors, motors, openers, trim, etc. They were both professional, personable, and very exact on making sure everything was as perfect as possible--even touch-up paint on infinitesimal imperfections on the doors. We had Brenden come to replace our garage door and he did the whole job by himself. He never once stopped and it took him all day. He had adjustments to make and any questionable things--he asked me before just assuming the answer. He took the time to show me what alterations he needed to make and when he was all done-he explained everything to me (including how to use the spray lubricant). He was extremely polite, knowledgable and a very hard and quality conscience technician. I would highly recommend Precision (and Brendan) to anyone who needs any garage door repairs or replacements.

Our experience with Precision Garage Door was very positive. Our technician Eric Gerres was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He installed our garage door, explained the features, how to do maintenance to extend the life of the door and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I would highly recommend Precision and Eric if you need your garage door installed or repaired.
