We just had our garage door opener repaired by Precision Garage Door of Delaware. Matt Taylor the garage tech was wonderful. He was very professional and courteous. He explained 3 options in detail. After we chose the option we wanted, he went right to work. My garage door opens like it did when the house was built 20 years ago. If you are looking for a reliable company and technician call Precision. I highly recommend Matt Taylor.

Mr. Richard Clemente was sent to my home today to repair my garage door which was making awful noises. He arrived in temp of 100 outside and worked tirelessly for nearly 2 hours, but when he was done, door is quiet as could be and he was so polite and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and I really appreciate him through precision doors and I believe hes a star employee for this company-thank you again for sending Mr. Clemente to help me out today

My garage door opener broke on Sunday morning. I called Precision Garage and immediately got an appointment with a technician. Andrew McCluskey called me when he was on his way and promptly installed a brand new garage door opener and explained everything to me. He was very polite and professional. He cleaned everything it looks like a new house. Same day service on a Saturday, for starters! The repair person Jorge called to let me know he was on his way and his ETA. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and completed the repair efficiently. He gave me recommendations and quotes for work that will be needed in the not-too-distant future. My doors and openers are quite old. He was very polite and did not pressure me in any way. I would definitely hire this business again!

So yesterday my wife was closing the garage door in our barn and the top section of the door came off the track, and knocked her to the floor where she than hit her head on the cement floor. Fortunately she is ok. I called Precision Garage Door this mourning and they showed up within the hour. the technician, Richard Clemente explained what he recommended to be done and showed us the problem. He replaced the rollers and the pulleys. He did the same for all of our garage doors. They work so much better now. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware.

Richard C came to my house promptly and delivered all my options thoroughly. Addressed any issues or questions and took my info. Received a call saying my door is in within the quoted time. Josh B arrived within the quoted hours and began work right away. He addressed any questions I had or issues with my garage. Pleased with the service. Update 16 Aug 2024: I thought i had a problem with my garage door. Scheduling services were quick easy and had fast responses. Andrew came out and thoroughly went through the entire door and system looking at my potential issues and concerns. He ensured me all was good, and took his time explaining everything and answering my questions. He also made sure I had the right tools for preventative maintenance. This is exactly why I continue to choose Precision Garage Door. Update - 1/9/25 - had an issue with a wire connection. Richard A came out and diagnosed it quickly, listened to my concerns, and fixed it within the same appointment. Payment was easy too. Again, highly recommend.
