I have been so pleased with this company from day 1! Justin arrived on time, was extremely friendly and informative. He explained everything about this garage door. He cleaned everything it looks like a new house. The entire staff worked with me with a difficult schedule and reassured me that the garage door would be stored until I could arrange the date of installation. WELL DONE!

Same day service on a Saturday, for starters! The repair person Jorge called to let me know he was on his way and his ETA. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and completed the repair efficiently. He gave me recommendations and quotes for work that will be needed in the not-too-distant future. My doors and openers are quite old. He was very polite and did not pressure me in any way. I would definitely hire this business again!

So yesterday my wife was closing the garage door in our barn and the top section of the door came off the track, and knocked her to the floor where she than hit her head on the cement floor. Fortunately she is ok. I called Precision Garage Door this mourning and they showed up within the hour. the technician, Richard Clemente explained what he recommended to be done and showed us the problem. He replaced the rollers and the pulleys. He did the same for all of our garage doors. They work so much better now. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware.

Richard C came to my house promptly and delivered all my options thoroughly. Addressed any issues or questions and took my info. Received a call saying my door is in within the quoted time. Josh B arrived within the quoted hours and began work right away. He addressed any questions I had or issues with my garage. Pleased with the service. Update 16 Aug 2024: I thought i had a problem with my garage door. Scheduling services were quick easy and had fast responses. Andrew came out and thoroughly went through the entire door and system looking at my potential issues and concerns. He ensured me all was good, and took his time explaining everything and answering my questions. He also made sure I had the right tools for preventative maintenance. This is exactly why I continue to choose Precision Garage Door. Update - 1/9/25 - had an issue with a wire connection. Richard A came out and diagnosed it quickly, listened to my concerns, and fixed it within the same appointment. Payment was easy too. Again, highly recommend.

Josh Bourdon did an excellent job installing my new door. It looks great and is very smooth and quiet. He is knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware to my friends. The floor was not level and once the door was fully installed you could see day light on one side. Josh diagnosed the issue and ordered me a larger bottom seal that he installed today. There is no longer light coming from under the door. Thanks Josh!
