The door was not installed the first time he came due to a missing part which is not his fault; however, because I needed the garage door done, he accommodated the day that was convenient for me and came back to install it himself. He also offered me the option of clearing part of my garage so I will not do it myself.

We had Brenden come to replace our garage door and he did the whole job by himself. He never once stopped and it took him all day. He had adjustments to make and any questionable things--he asked me before just assuming the answer. He took the time to show me what alterations he needed to make and when he was all done-he explained everything to me (including how to use the spray lubricant). He was extremely polite, knowledgable and a very hard and quality conscience technician. I would highly recommend Precision (and Brendan) to anyone who needs any garage door repairs or replacements.
