We called Precision to come out and take a look at our garage door. We were able to get same day service, which was much appreciated. Matthew Taylor arrived on time after texting us well in advance to let us know when he would arrive, including a picture for ID. He also called when he was a few minutes away. He went over our system with us, fixed the problem and was extremely honest and pleasant to work with. I thought the price was reasonable and was overall happy with the entire experience. I want to say thanks to Richard C. from Precision Garage Door Of Delaware. He showed up on the earlier side of the two hour arrival window for the appointment. My garage door got hung up and damaged on the roof rack of my jeep after my son lowered it before completely exiting the garage. Richard was able to safely lower it so that we wouldnt have to spend another night with it open. However, the door was damaged beyond repair. He took his time explaining to me why the door needed to be replaced. Set me up with estimates for different choices and options for a new garage door. Emailed all necessary paperwork and estimates. Assured that all the sent emails were received before leaving. I would definitely recommend using their services.

We are very satisfied with the replacement of our garage door opener. We reached out to Precision, heard back quickly and were able to schedule a service visit for the following day. Our service tech, Taylor Bartow, was punctual, personable, professional and meticulous. In a few short hours, we were back in business with a new WiFi capable LiftMaster with camera, new wiring, heavy duty door connection, motion detector, indoor and outdoor keypads and vehicle remotes. An all around five star experience.
