Tech was Ryan. Came early and worked through to mid-afternoon. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Replaced two side by side garage doors, including repair and replacement of another installers mistakes from prior installation. Highly recommend.

Tim came out at the exact time of schedule, even gave a courtesy call ahead of time. Figured out the issue with the garage door opener and quickly repaired it same day. Very professional and knowledgeable. Looking forward to doing business with Precision again in the future.

My garage door opener was installed in 2017. I had a problem yesterday when my power went out and I couldnt open the door manually. Precion Door came out about two hours later and assessed the problem. They returned this morning as promised and installed the new part quickly and efficiently. No charge! Heir technician Matthew was skillful and efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. I cant recommend this company enough.

Technician Tim Strauss was excellent! He was very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. I actually dealt with another company several years ago for our original garage door opener, and I attempted to contact them this time to update the opener, however they never answered their phone - I tried multiple times. I moved on and contacted Precision Garage Door, and Im very glad I did. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware & Eastern Shore Maryland and technician Tim Strauss.

My experience with Precision Door, from beginning to end, was a positive business transaction. It was incredibly easy to schedule my appointment online and several confirmation texts and emails were sent to verify. On the morning of my appointment, Bob Strauss called in advance and arrived when expected. He quickly assessed the situation and completed the repair. He was very pleasant and professional.
