My garage door opener was installed in 2017. I had a problem yesterday when my power went out and I couldnt open the door manually. Precion Door came out about two hours later and assessed the problem. They returned this morning as promised and installed the new part quickly and efficiently. No charge! Heir technician Matthew was skillful and efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. I cant recommend this company enough.

I actually dealt with another company several years ago for our original garage door opener, and I attempted to contact them this time to update the opener, however they never answered their phone - I tried multiple times.
