A Very positive experience. I called on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday Morning. Bob the service technician was excellent. He replaced the garage door opener as well as the spring tensioner, and door wheels and realigned the track. Even took the time to program the opener in my car. I probably could have paid less, but don't think I would have received the quality product and level of service that I got from Bob and Precision Garage Door.

I called Precision Garage Door for an emergency fix on a Sunday afternoon, they were at my house within an hour to address the issues. The repairman Trevor was amazing. He went over all my options and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly, and I did not feel an ounce of sales pressure. Fully recommend

Precision Garage Door of Delaware is Top Notch! Ive used them a number of times over the years and I have always received great service. They are very prompt, thorough and professional and dont try to upsell you on products you dont need. My most recent technician, Taylor, was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. The technician, Jorge Creech, is very professional. He stopped by our house to figure out the issue of our old garage door, and suggested that a new torsion conversion can solve the problem. He provided a reasonable estimate and got our door fixed in the same week.

Bob Strauss did a great job today. He called to give me an expected arrival time, was right on schedule, assessed the issue I was having with my garage door and then gave me a list of optional solutions. He was then efficient in completing the job, and showing me how to finish the set up.

Had a pulley and spring on one garage door fail late last night and called the company that installed it and their next appointment was in 6 days. Called Precision Garage Door Service who advertise same day service and they arrive 3 hours later. Tim Strauss examined the door and gave 3 estimates (simple fix, overhaul fix or replacement of door), and although 30 years old the doors still have several years left in them. Opted for an overhaul fix and in an hour was all done. He explained all he did and seemed quite competent. I'm very pleased with their service and prompt response.

Called Precision Door when the garage door would not close. Andrew McClusky was the service tech. He inspected the garrage door for any mechanical problems. Finding none he concluded the sensor had burned out. 15 minutes later a new set of sensors were in place and problem resolved. Explained each step and what to be monitoring as the door lift motor ages. Great service.

Bob Strauss was my technician. He thought he was coming to replace my whole garage door opener unit. But after discussing my needs for the unit with me he changed plans and worked with me on the plan I really needed.
