I had to call you folks to fix my control box which would not allow me to open the garage door. This past January 2026 I had to invest in a new garage door opener which is a Genie. I purchased the top of the line with a lifetime warranty which is the way to go if you should have a problem down the line. Yesterday, the door would not open with the new control box that was installed in January 2026. I called Precision explained my situation and they came today to fix the problem. Tim Strauss was the Technician who replaced the control box and made sure it was up and running. I really appreciated the fast response and very courteous.

My experience was exactly like all the positive reviews I have read. After making the appointment ( which was actually next day ) I received confirmations and the tech called when on his way. Bob Strauss showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. He explained everything needed and after giving me the estimate which I approved he went to work completing the job in about 2.5 hours. No luck. after month of struggling with it I called Precision. I got an appointment for the following day.
