Had a Garage Door tune up done this week. Excellent on time service and reasonably priced. Taylor is an excellent technician. Explained everything thoroughly and provided options to be considered in the future. No pressure sales pitch for replacement parts either. Would definitely recommend their service. Shocking that the rating for this company is so high with so many reviews. I mistakenly trusted the high rating and paid the $75 fee to get a quick quote for a spring replacement. I was quoted double of what another company charged for the same work on the same day. Please save yourself the time and costly mistake of calling these guys!

Spring busted July 3, able to make appointment online fast for that day. Matt Taylor came fixed it quickly. Great communication of when coming, sending site to see where repair tech was, communicated fox and cost prior to doing. Other than price of materials (out of their control), very happy with Precision team

Wonderful company!!! I have had to use this company several times now. But I was thrilled with Taylor and Rob the one time I called them and Matthew on another occasion. Very thorough! Rey helpful! They fixed the wires, tracks, and rollers on my garage door. Matthew explained everything to me about where to use the garage lubricant and what type of grease to get for the track. Great people!. Plus they have after hours emergency service (yes, you have to pay extra for that but thats why its an emergency). I cannot say enough good things about this company and their technicians!

Excellent service i originally called Delaware garage door who has worked and replaced my door opener they said they couldn't be out to May 13 are you kidding me. I called Percission Door and they came to my house within 1hour..Eric is a great technician and knows his job well.He fixed my problem plus inspected the door ant pointed out to me about some wore parts.he didn't pressure me about replaced some things but beings they came out when I called i gave them some extra work to do for me.Thank you very much I will recommend precision door anyday..you only get what you pay for.Great work.***** Five star

I called Precision Garage Door of Delaware in the a.m. and was able to schedule an appointment for that very afternoon. Bob Strauss, the technician called prior to arriving at my home at the scheduled time. He attempted to duplicate the door closing issue and while the door operated (for spite, I think!) there were safety issues with the 40 year old equipment. Bob explained the options in detail, listened to my concerns and addressed my questions in a professional manner. A new motor and some safety lines on the old springs and I have a garage door that rolls open in a smooth and quiet operation. I am very pleased with the service I received and the professionalism of Bob Strauss.

A Very positive experience. I called on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday Morning. Bob the service technician was excellent. He replaced the garage door opener as well as the spring tensioner, and door wheels and realigned the track. Even took the time to program the opener in my car. I probably could have paid less, but don't think I would have received the quality product and level of service that I got from Bob and Precision Garage Door.

I called Precision Garage Door for an emergency fix on a Sunday afternoon, they were at my house within an hour to address the issues. The repairman Trevor was amazing. The technician, Jorge Creech, is very professional. He stopped by our house to figure out the issue of our old garage door, and suggested that a new torsion conversion can solve the problem. He provided a reasonable estimate and got our door fixed in the same week.

Very fast response to my online scheduling appointment. Tech arrived within 2 hours. Accurate online tracking system on where the tech is and ETA on arrival. Matt assessed the problem and made additional recommendations to prolong the life of operating parts that make the garage dor open and close. I thought the repair prices were high but I liked the 5 year warranty on parts and labor
