The installer of my garage door, Andrew McCluskey, was wonderful. The door was not installed the first time he came due to a missing part which is not his fault; however, because I needed the garage door done, he accommodated the day that was convenient for me and came back to install it himself. He also offered me the option of clearing part of my garage so I will not do it myself.

Rich was running a little bit late and made sure to inform me of the delay. He was graded. His job showed me where the problems were. Did not try to upsell me anything. My door is so quiet now you can't even hear it going up and down. Rich was great and your company was great. Thank you.

Extremely pleasant and hard working. Came out in the snow storm that we had a couple of weeks ago and got my garage door that came off of the tracks unstuck and able to close. Then, Matthew came back out to replace various parts for a long-term fix.
