Excellent service by your technician. Knowledgeable and professional. Appreciated the call prior to arrival with an eta. Explained everything about the issue and its repair. He did recommend an additional repair not needed yet but would be necessary in a couple of years. I wish I had it done at the time. My fault entirely but I decided not to have it done at the time. What he was called for originally was a broken spring which he quickly pointed out and replaced with a new one obviously superior to the builder grade one we received with the home.

Trevor showed up right on time. Very nice guy, and a pleasure to deal with. Our chain had come off the rail. He inspected the pully on the door side of the rail...plastic broken. Naturally, he didn't have one and due to the opener's 14 year age, he started talking about a new one. I was open to that, having experience on the life of openers. When he quoted the price for a new one. My wife and I gasped. However, partly because I didn't feel up to chasing down competitors, but mostly because of Trevor's personality, we went ahead and had him install a new belt drive unit. I am very pleased. He did a great job in an hour or so. Ultimately I am a happy customer; great product, belt driven so it's very quiet, more hp motor, even wifi so we can answer "did we close the garage door?", and close it from afar. Would definitely use Precision again. Summary: expensive-units at the big box stores around 1/2 the price without installation. Probably came in around $200 more than buying at big box with installation. The wall units, and install and Trevor were worth it to us

It was so easy to get an appt for evaluation and repair! The tech, Richard Armbruster, was right on time, gave 3 options for repair, explained everything thoroughly, was very pleasant and was done and gone within a short time leaving me with an operating tuned-up garage door. Thank you!

I called Precision Garage Door and spoke to Mackensie. She very nice and was able to get me a same day service appointment. The technician (Trevor) came out within an hour and had everything back to normal in about 20 minutes. Trevor was very friendly and very professional. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door of Delaware again in the future.

I had a textbook experience with Precision Garage Door. My technician Ronald came the same day I called to request service and completed the installation in about an hour. He clearly explained all my options and exactly how much each would cost. Ronald was courteous and a pleasure to do business with. He arrived fully equipped and conducted himself in a professional manner. Great job!

Ron Hunt from Precision Garage Door of Delaware provided excellent service. I called around 8:30 a.m. and he was able to be out here before 10:00 a.m. Replaced the broken springs, pointed out other ready for replacement parts on a 20+ year old door and replaced those as well. Totally happy with Ron's service as well as the company in general.

I phoned Precision Garage Door of Delaware today to fix our two relatively new garage doors, which have been incredibly loud opening and closing, since they were purchased from, and installed by, someone who drove by in a truck and gave me a "hard to believe" low bid for purchasing and installing them. So much for low bids. These two doors have been a nightmare ever since they were "installed" if that's the right word. Anyway, fed up with all the vibrations and screeching sounds when opening and closing these doors, I called Precision Garage Door today, and within two hours, Michael Cahill showed up to correct the nightmare. And did he ever. I'd have to put Mr. Cahill in the top ten of all technicians I've ever hired in my lifetime, and I'm 72 years old, so I've made my share of hiring technicians. I was amazed at the depth of technical knowledge Mr. Cahill had concerning garage doors, and how attentive he was to details. As I watched him (and helped out by handing him nearby tools he needed) I was convinced that I was watching a true craftsman at work. I will probably be purchasing new garage door openers in the near future, and I know who I will be calling to install them. Michael Cahill is a winner, along with Precision Garage Door.
