Quick and professional service. Trevor was very professional and clearly described our options. Our garage door opener was not operating at all and needed to be replaced. Within six hours of my call to Precision my door was operating

Our Liftmaster garage door opener conked out; and we needed help. Ron Hunt from Precision Garage Door of Delaware resolved the issue. He diagnosed the problem quickly, got on the phone with Liftmaster to get me the right part, and installed it for us when it arrived. Great , timely service!

Tech arrived early, checked out broken spring. Offered three options at different prices, explained what was needed. Got to work quickly did a neat efficient job showed me the work and old parts. Tech was great as was the workwould be glad to use again

Precision came same day we had an issue with our garage door opener and Richard was wonderful! He diagnosed the problem and gave us multiple options of how we can address it and let is choose the one we felt most comfortable with. I would definitely use Precision again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you!!!

Richard was on time and he did call 1 hr ahead. He listen, asked questions and then inspected our garage parts. After that he asked more questions. When he was satisfied with what he saw and heard he put together 3 different solutions. Explained each and why that was a solution. I chose what I wanted Richard to do. He went about his business quietly, efficiently, and professionally. Job was done. Area was clean. I asked for and was given information that I may use going forward, and if I do I WILL ask for Richard specifically. Happy Customer

Our initial phone call was received at the office by Christine, who was fantastic. We woke up to a broken garage door spring and could not lift the door manually. She understood the problem and and addressed it with amazing professionalism and regard for our problem and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Then Eric, our tech, showed up on time and took time to look the door over for other concerns, and relayed those to us. In the end we had our spring replaced and will use Precision in the future to replace an aging door. The over all experience was truly what everyone wants from a reputable, professionally driven company...besides having a broken garage door, best phone call we have made in years.
