I had an emergency with a cable on the garage door snapping in a new home. Could not get any Builder service to deal with the emergency. Precision was our garage door contact in the previous home. They once told me if I ever had any problems to give them a call. I did and they looked in the system confirmed that I was a former customer and sent out an emergency technician to solve my problem within one hour. That is service Beyond any expectation but one I felt they would offer me and they did.

Bob showed up right on time, managed to not only fix the motor after a recent power surge, but showed me a few things in terms of basic maintenance. Wasnt overly salesy which I appreciated, but did walk me through a few upgrades to our older system that we may want to consider down the road. Will definitely be going with precision garage door for those upgrades.

For quoting $10,700 for 2 doors and openers for a residential property, you would think they would text, email or call you back at least but you are in no danger of that. Total waste of time and misleading email.. Went with a company located in elkton for a very reasonable price and actually answers the phone.

The torsion tube on our two-car garage door broke at 6:00 PM on Friday. I called Precision Garage Door at 11:25 AM on Saturday, and their technician was at our house at @12:45 PM. Matthew Taylor was awesome! He thoroughly explained all of the repair options, completed the work quickly, and calibrated the system to function optimally. I couldn't be happier with the service!

Excellent experience in every way. Taylor Bartow was personable, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, helpful, informative and talented. He assessed the problems with the garage door, thoroughly explained various options & costs to address the issues involved, replaced a 21-year-old garage door system that had failed with a new rail, new springs, new sensors & wiring, new motor, new keypad, replaced the weather stripping, and took the time to demonstrate how to program the master control, the remotes, etc. and use the system even programing the car's HomeLink opener into the system, I was extremely impressed with his approach and abilities. thoroughly explained various options & costs to address the issues involved. He is truly a class act, an excellent representative of Precision Door. I highly recommend both Taylor and Precision Door for any garage related issue.

It was a pleasure meeting Richard, the Precision Garage Door Services of Delaware service man this morning. He called to let me know he finished his last service call and could come over early. Richard was polite, inspected all the components including the springs, rails and opener. He lubricated all parts and was able to reset the keypad and improve my remote's transmission. The service charge for all of this was very reasonable. I highly recommend Richard and Precision Garage Door Services.
