Mr. Richard Clemente was sent to my home today to repair my garage door which was making awful noises. He arrived in temp of 100 outside and worked tirelessly for nearly 2 hours, but when he was done, door is quiet as could be and he was so polite and knowledgeable. Same day service on a Saturday, for starters! The repair person Jorge called to let me know he was on his way and his ETA. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and completed the repair efficiently. He gave me recommendations and quotes for work that will be needed in the not-too-distant future. Update 16 Aug 2024: I thought i had a problem with my garage door. Scheduling services were quick easy and had fast responses. Andrew came out and thoroughly went through the entire door and system looking at my potential issues and concerns. He ensured me all was good, and took his time explaining everything and answering my questions. He also made sure I had the right tools for preventative maintenance. This is exactly why I continue to choose Precision Garage Door. Update - 1/9/25 - had an issue with a wire connection. We had Brenden come to replace our garage door and he did the whole job by himself. He never once stopped and it took him all day. He had adjustments to make and any questionable things--he asked me before just assuming the answer. He took the time to show me what alterations he needed to make and when he was all done-he explained everything to me (including how to use the spray lubricant). He was extremely polite, knowledgable and a very hard and quality conscience technician. I would highly recommend Precision (and Brendan) to anyone who needs any garage door repairs or replacements.
