My garage door opener broke on Sunday morning. I called Precision Garage and immediately got an appointment with a technician. Andrew McCluskey called me when he was on his way and promptly installed a brand new garage door opener and explained everything to me. He was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Andrew and Precision Garage Door for excellent service.

Same day service on a Saturday, for starters! The repair person Jorge called to let me know he was on his way and his ETA. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and completed the repair efficiently. He gave me recommendations and quotes for work that will be needed in the not-too-distant future. My doors and openers are quite old. He was very polite and did not pressure me in any way. I would definitely hire this business again!

Technician, Richard Clemente, was very professional in explaining what had failed with our garage door opener, and the various options available to correct the problem. Richard C came to my house promptly and delivered all my options thoroughly. Addressed any issues or questions and took my info. Received a call saying my door is in within the quoted time. Josh B arrived within the quoted hours and began work right away. He addressed any questions I had or issues with my garage. Pleased with the service. Update 16 Aug 2024: I thought i had a problem with my garage door. Scheduling services were quick easy and had fast responses. Andrew came out and thoroughly went through the entire door and system looking at my potential issues and concerns. He ensured me all was good, and took his time explaining everything and answering my questions. He also made sure I had the right tools for preventative maintenance. This is exactly why I continue to choose Precision Garage Door. Update - 1/9/25 - had an issue with a wire connection. Richard A came out and diagnosed it quickly, listened to my concerns, and fixed it within the same appointment. Payment was easy too. Again, highly recommend.

Precision Door company has provided excellent customer service from the first phone call through to the end when we got our brand new garage door. Dylan Younger and his partner installed two new garage doors, motors, openers, trim, etc. They were both professional, personable, and very exact on making sure everything was as perfect as possible--even touch-up paint on infinitesimal imperfections on the doors. Will definitely use Precision for any future needed work.

We had Brenden come to replace our garage door and he did the whole job by himself. He never once stopped and it took him all day. He had adjustments to make and any questionable things--he asked me before just assuming the answer. He took the time to show me what alterations he needed to make and when he was all done-he explained everything to me (including how to use the spray lubricant). He was extremely polite, knowledgable and a very hard and quality conscience technician. I would highly recommend Precision (and Brendan) to anyone who needs any garage door repairs or replacements.
