Called Precision to repair a broken spring and cable on my garage door. They scheduled me for the next day. Trevor, the technician, arrived on time, quickly assessed the damage and was able to fix it on the spot. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The price seemed reasonable and came with a 5 year warranty. Highly recommend.

We just had our garage door opener repaired by Precision Garage Door of Delaware. Matt Taylor the garage tech was wonderful. He was very professional and courteous. He explained 3 options in detail. After we chose the option we wanted, he went right to work. My garage door opens like it did when the house was built 20 years ago. Eric came early & was able to repair the cable on our garage door. He was so knowledgeable & explained why a new system was necessary. He was easy to work with. He also oiled the door and fixed the rollers & got us a new touch pad that never worked from day 1 and we've been here 9 years!! I'd never call anyone else!

Our initial phone call was received at the office by Christine, who was fantastic. We woke up to a broken garage door spring and could not lift the door manually. She understood the problem and and addressed it with amazing professionalism and regard for our problem and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Then Eric, our tech, showed up on time and took time to look the door over for other concerns, and relayed those to us. In the end we had our spring replaced and will use Precision in the future to replace an aging door. The over all experience was truly what everyone wants from a reputable, professionally driven company...besides having a broken garage door, best phone call we have made in years.

Travis called before arriving, was polite and knowledgeable; installed new LiftMaster motor and explained its features and connected it to my car as well as keypad. Very courteous young man,. Highly recommend. I also liked the fact that Precision texted a photo of the technician who would be arriving! Very much appreciated!

Great work. No problems. Explained in detail in what was wrong, what needed to be done. When the job was complete, explained what was done and how to do preventative maintenance. This is our 3rd time using this company. I have recommended them previously to friends and family.

What an inconvenience when suddenly the garage door wouldn't open! Glad I remembered the commercial and their jingle. "Precision garage doors. Garage doors done right". Brendan was on-time, professional, and prepared. He had all the equipment needed for the job and was finished within a couple hours. Extremely happy customer!
