Jorge Is a true professional he really knows what he's doing he analyzed the problem and then got to work fixing it. He had to come back another time because something else had to be fixed first before you could proceed and some other work was done. He did a beautiful job and was very cooperative. if you have any problems with your garage doors, I would highly recommend you contact Precision and ask for Jorge!

GREAT SERVICE! Appointment was easy to make, the gentlemen called prior to arrival - a little earlier than expected which was terrific, they arrived in a clean company vehicle. They were pleasant, efficient, helpful, professional. They were able to fix our problem immediately and gave us a requested quote for possible future replacement. Extremely prompt and courteous service. Matt Taylor showed up right on time and was very knowledgeable about their products and service. Never pressured me to make a sale but was very personable and helpful. Representative was clean-cut and made a great impression. Their product is very straight forward and I believe the product to be as represented and will last a long time. Felt comfortable making a purchase and switchboard operator was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

Eric Bartow fixed a problem with one of our garage doors today. Most importantly, Eric explained everything he was going to do, and then he explained what he had done to repair the problem. In addition, he described the condition of our two garage doors and asked me what our considerations are elative to use of the doors over the next 65-12 months. Everyone we have dealt with from Precision has been personable, a good communicator and has done quality work. We're a very happy customer.

These people that work for this company did everything right in my opinion. I was in desperate need of a new garage door and within hours of my phone call they were here and working with me on costs and what I needed. They had one in stock but it was up North. They arranged for it to be brought down and installed the next day. The price was good. I love my new door and the people were very professional.

My tech was Eric Bartow and he was fantastic. I called in the morning and he was early. He checked everything out and it was old (21 years). He explained what was wrong and gave my options. Bob Strauss was my technician. He thought he was coming to replace my whole garage door opener unit. But after discussing my needs for the unit with me he changed plans and worked with me on the plan I really needed. It was a pleasure meeting Richard, the Precision Garage Door Services of Delaware service man this morning. He called to let me know he finished his last service call and could come over early. Richard was polite, inspected all the components including the springs, rails and opener. He lubricated all parts and was able to reset the keypad and improve my remote's transmission. The service charge for all of this was very reasonable. I highly recommend Richard and Precision Garage Door Services.

I made an appointment to have my garage door serviced late one afternoon. I was able to secure an appointment for the following morning at 10 AM. My technician, Eric, arrived on time. He could not have been more professional, or more courteous. He explained all of the work that needed to be done on my door in detail, and how long it would take to complete the job. He finished the work exactly within the timeframe he had stated, and thanked me for my business. I wish all contractors operated with this level of professionalism!

Excellent service by your technician. Knowledgeable and professional. Appreciated the call prior to arrival with an eta. Explained everything about the issue and its repair. He did recommend an additional repair not needed yet but would be necessary in a couple of years. I wish I had it done at the time. My fault entirely but I decided not to have it done at the time. What he was called for originally was a broken spring which he quickly pointed out and replaced with a new one obviously superior to the builder grade one we received with the home.
