Today Richard Armbruster came out to my house to fix my garage. He was informative on what needed to be fixed and also got the job done in just about an hour. Once finished, he made sure I checked that everything was working properly. It was a great experience

Our Technician, Brendan Male, arrived on time and immediately set to work. He was finished surprisingly quickly, showed us how to operate the door, cleaned up the area, took the old door away. He was polite, courteous and hardworking. The new door looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware services!!!!!

We just had our garage door motor finally give out. We called Precision Garage Door of Delaware on a Saturday morning and they were able to send us a technician by 3pm that same day. Our service rep, named Trevor was absolutely tremendous regarding his professionalism and his technical skills to fix our door. His advice and explanation of the entire process was top notch. Called the office around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and was able to setup an appointment for Sunday at 1:00. Taylor came and he was very nice and knew his stuff. Gave us three options for fixing our garage door. No pressure to up sell from Taylor at all. Taylor fixed our problem and we were back in business in less than two hours. Taylor was very nice and personable. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs garage door help.

Probably the best service from any company I've ever received. Chris was our engineer and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. Trevor called me to tell me he was coming. He arrived on time. He looked at my door that needed the belt replaced and two doors needed the bottom seal replaced. He gave me three options and quotes. Trevor was so courteous and patient in diagnosing the problem with garage door! Offered 3 options for the fix! After my choice and approval for the best possible repair to my satisfaction Trevor executed and installed a new door opener and then spent time to program car remotes and new key code! Tim Strauss called me and told the exact time he would be at my house to repair my garage door. He arrived on time and we reviewed the problem. He gave me 2 options.
