The technician, Jorge Creech, is very professional. He stopped by our house to figure out the issue of our old garage door, and suggested that a new torsion conversion can solve the problem. He provided a reasonable estimate and got our door fixed in the same week.

Bob Strauss did a great job today. He called to give me an expected arrival time, was right on schedule, assessed the issue I was having with my garage door and then gave me a list of optional solutions. He was then efficient in completing the job, and showing me how to finish the set up.

Jorge appeared a half hour after I called, and fixed our door in an hour. I couldn't be happier with Precision. I wish I had not signed a contract with another contractor last week. It will take 4-6 weeks to receive the new door from the manufacturer, and 2 more weeks to find time in their schedule to replace it.
