Called the office around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and was able to setup an appointment for Sunday at 1:00. Taylor came and he was very nice and knew his stuff. Gave us three options for fixing our garage door. No pressure to up sell from Taylor at all. Taylor fixed our problem and we were back in business in less than two hours. Taylor was very nice and personable. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs garage door help.

Probably the best service from any company I've ever received. Chris was our engineer and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. Trevor called me to tell me he was coming. He arrived on time. He looked at my door that needed the belt replaced and two doors needed the bottom seal replaced. He gave me three options and quotes. First we got someone who took the measurements & showed us the products they have. He wasn't. pushy at all which is very rare then just 2 days later came the garage doors & where installed perfectly. The doors are nice BUT I wish I was able to change the doors access pin & create the temprary ones threw the app.
