Went online to set up an appointment with Precision Garage Door of Delaware and Eastern Shore Maryland last night (113/24). Next morning Trevor Kalista contacted me that he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. He repaired my garage door and had it working by noon. Our garage door has not been working well for the past week- but today, on a Saturday, it does not want to close- we called Precision and they sent someone out within an hour. Our Technician, Brendan Male, arrived on time and immediately set to work. He was finished surprisingly quickly, showed us how to operate the door, cleaned up the area, took the old door away. We just had our garage door motor finally give out. We called Precision Garage Door of Delaware on a Saturday morning and they were able to send us a technician by 3pm that same day.
