My garage door opened and closed fine this morning. At noon it would go down 2 feet and up again. nothing was blocking the eye sensors. cleaned them thinking dirty. nope! Jorge was there 2 hours later (same day) and was completed repair in 1 hour. I was thrilled.

I had my garage door opener replaced today. Richard Clemente was excellent. He arrived when he said he would. Assessed the problem and provided me with alternative solutions. I chose the Genie opener and Richard did an excellent job installing the unit, explaining everything to me and setting it all up so I only needed to connect my wifi. I have used Precision in the past and again they did not disappoint. I would strongly recommend them for your garage door needs. Thank you Richard!

Excellent Technician. He installed the Liftmaster system in one afternoon. He was friendly and very courteous. Eric Bartow arrived on time, listened to my door issues then inspected the garage door opener system. He quickly found the problem ( over 20 year old system ) was just worn out. He gave a quote for a replacement opener and had it in his service truck. We gave him the go ahead to replace the opener. He worked very quickly and professionally. When completed he demonstrated how the new system worked. He cleaned up the work area when done. Very pleased with the work, quality and professionalism

The tech arrive on time, looked at the problem and mentioned it will be an easy fix. Less than two hours he had replace both high tension door springs, with two cars in the garage no less. A Very positive experience. I called on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday Morning. Bob the service technician was excellent. He replaced the garage door opener as well as the spring tensioner, and door wheels and realigned the track. Even took the time to program the opener in my car. I probably could have paid less, but don't think I would have received the quality product and level of service that I got from Bob and Precision Garage Door.
