We have used Precision before for parts replacement and they were great. Now we needed a garage door opener. We messaged and received an immediate response. Tyler was out within 2 hours. He was very professional and helpful. He explained what was wrong and solutions without being pushy to sell at a higher rate. He worked quickly and methodically communicating with us during the installation. He is an asset to the company. Our new opener works great and he took the time to show us new features. Our garage door has not been working well for the past week- but today, on a Saturday, it does not want to close- we called Precision and they sent someone out within an hour. Thankyou Eric, for being so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and very efficient! Within an hour you were able to repair and replace the parts that now open and close our garage door with ease! We know we can depend on a company that is reliable!

Today Richard Armbruster came out to my house to fix my garage. He was informative on what needed to be fixed and also got the job done in just about an hour. Once finished, he made sure I checked that everything was working properly. It was a great experience

Our Technician, Brendan Male, arrived on time and immediately set to work. He was finished surprisingly quickly, showed us how to operate the door, cleaned up the area, took the old door away. We just had our garage door motor finally give out. We called Precision Garage Door of Delaware on a Saturday morning and they were able to send us a technician by 3pm that same day. Our service rep, named Trevor was absolutely tremendous regarding his professionalism and his technical skills to fix our door. His advice and explanation of the entire process was top notch. We would never hesitate to use them again

Called the office around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and was able to setup an appointment for Sunday at 1:00. Taylor came and he was very nice and knew his stuff. Gave us three options for fixing our garage door. No pressure to up sell from Taylor at all. Taylor fixed our problem and we were back in business in less than two hours. Taylor was very nice and personable. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs garage door help.

Probably the best service from any company I've ever received. Chris was our engineer and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. Trevor called me to tell me he was coming. He arrived on time. He looked at my door that needed the belt replaced and two doors needed the bottom seal replaced. He gave me three options and quotes. He completed the work in a short period of time. He was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend him as well as his company.
