First time experience at this place.Process of getting appointment on the same day was fantastic. Technician Trevor Kalista arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem and gave options in repairing door. Trevor was very open to questions that we had and explained each step of making the repairs and the process and setup of the control box and other hardware associated with the installation. Would HIGHLY recommend Trevor for any installation that's needed

Very satisfied. Bob assed the problem, gave us options and installed a new motor. He was able to do it in a short amount of time and then added the new motor to my car control. He showed us how everything worked. It works so much better than before.

Eric was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time, inspected my garage door with the broken spring. Explained some other problems I had and then gave me the different options for repair/replacement. Precision responded within 2 hours on a Friday evening after the spring on my garage door snapped. The completely repaired the door within an hour and a half. The following Saturday afternoon, there was another problem which prevented the door from closing. They responded within 30 minutes and had the door fixed quickly. Nice to see there are still companies that value customer service. Highly recommend!

Taylor Bartow from Precision Door arrived on time for the appointment to check out the loud noises occurring when operating the garage door. He analyzed the problem, applied corrective adjustments, tested raising and lowering the door several times to assure that all noise was gone. the garage door would not open more than 2 inches! I chose Precision Garage Door of DE. They responded quickly and kindly. The technician (Tim S )came and assessed the situation, giving me three options to choose from to fix the door. He arrived before schedule and was efficient and skilled. I used Precision Door for all of my service needs so when my daughter was having problems with her door, naturally I called them for her. Trevor Kalista came out. He was absolutely great. Needed service for the door, a new keypad, & 2 remotes. I ended up getting a new opener which included all the accessories. I knew my daughter was having minor problems with it, I did not know it was 16 yrs. old. Trevor did not pressure me into getting one. He explained the pros & cons so I took his advice. He did a great job with the install & servicing the door. He also programmed my opener to open her door. Precision is lucky to have a service tech like him. Very professional.
