Andrew from Precision Door was amazing! Our spring broke and needed completely replaced. Knowing nothing about garage doors, he explained everything ahead of time and the work that would need to be done. He got everything done within an hour or so which was impressive! Afterwards he went through everything that was replaced and what to be mindful of. Fantastic work and would absolutely recommend! Thank you Andrew!

I was able to get an appointment with Precision in 2 days. Andrew M. was an installer 3 years ago and he explained my very minor issues and corrected them. it surely was not $100 worth of work, but I understand how such a business works. I Will not hesitate to call Precision again to keep things working properly.

Bob was great! He was able to install the new opener quickly and it was imperative with the holidays, to get it down asap. I could have waited and saved some money, but knowing that they will always be there if there is a problem is comforting to know. Thank you Precision!

Extremely reliable company. I have been using Precision for years and the technician who came out today knew everything that had been done in the past and was able to troubleshoot the issue very quickly. Online scheduling was easy and the tech arrived on time and completed the job to my expectations. Now I have peace of mind knowing my garage will be secure ahead of the busy holiday season. Trevor Kalista did a fantastic job. He repaired the coils (one was broken) on 2 garage doors and the motor on one garage door. Trevor thoroughly explained every issue/problem concerning the garage doors and what needed to be done to complete the issues.

Richie called us to let us know he was just arriving at the appointment before ours and could possibly be early to our 12:00-2:00 window and would it be ok if he was early. We said absolutely and Richie called us when he finished his appointment to let us know he was 10 minutes out. When he arrived he asked us what the issue was and then went to check. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed and resolved a bad wire in one of our sensors. Great experience all around.

The technician, Jorge Creech, is very professional. He stopped by our house to figure out the issue of our old garage door, and suggested that a new torsion conversion can solve the problem. He provided a reasonable estimate and got our door fixed in the same week.

Bob Strauss did a great job today. He called to give me an expected arrival time, was right on schedule, assessed the issue I was having with my garage door and then gave me a list of optional solutions. He was then efficient in completing the job, and showing me how to finish the set up.

He calls and texts 30 minutes ahead of time, arrives on time, provides easily understood information, does what work is requested and more if needed, and is extremely polite and friendly! Jorge appeared a half hour after I called, and fixed our door in an hour. I couldn't be happier with Precision. I wish I had not signed a contract with another contractor last week. It will take 4-6 weeks to receive the new door from the manufacturer, and 2 more weeks to find time in their schedule to replace it.
