11/22/2024 – Trevor was great! Took time to explain new options for our garage door, re aligned the track and now door operating way better…..we highly recommend Precision and Trevor – Precision also found time to come out for repair same day I called. No waiting!

Their online systems make it incredibly easy to book an appt. They keep you apprised of your requests status at every step. Our technician Trevor was outstanding. Responded to our request on a weekend, at the time we requested, gave us a variety of options, and completed our replacement all on the same day. We strongly recommend this company for all possible garage door needs.

12/9/2024 – Trevor Kalista is an impressive young man. Very knowledgeable and polite. Explained every detail and gave me a couple of different ways to fix my problem. Would highly recommend this company and I will specifically ask for Trevor if I need service on my other garage door! Canâ t say enough good things about this technician. Also it was very easy to schedule an appointment on short noticeâ ¦.it was a Sunday. Who even answers the phone on a Sunday! Good company and an overall great experience!

10/9/2024 – Trevor was so courteous and patient in diagnosing the problem with garage door! Offered 3 options for the fix! After my choice and approval for the best possible repair to my satisfaction Trevor executed and installed a new door opener and then spent time to program car remotes and new key code! I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with all aspects of Trevor work!!
