Protect your Prime packages from weather damages and potential thievery. Amazon drivers receive a one-time, temporary authenticated access to the garage, place your packages inside and wait for the garage door to securely close before moving on.

  • Turn the app on and off before and after deliveries, so you’ll always have peace of mind.
  • Drivers undergo comprehensive background checks and go no more than 5 feet into your garage.

Simple Setup

It’s easy to get set up with Key by Amazon! And we can help!

  1. Connect myQ®: Start by downloading and connecting the myQ® app.
  2. In myQ®, add Dealer Code 00130 for quick assistance. (From your Profile, go to My Dealer.)
  3. Link your account: In the myQ® app, link your Prime account to Key by Amazon.
  4. Select Key Delivery at checkout: Next time you purchase from Amazon, choose Key delivery in “Shipment Details.”

Then, rest assured. You’ll have safe, seamless package delivery directly to your garage!
